Due to the flexibility of the system you can sell everything you can imagine using Affiliatesbox. No matter if you are selling services or some products you can very easy work with your clients and offer them anything you want.
Products:
Each product listed in affiliatesbox can be edited or deleted at any time.
Every product has an individual web page.
When your clients visit this web page, they will be able to register to buy this product, or if you are selling service- to apply for this exactly offer.
When you click on “create product” link you will see the 3-step wizard:
STEP1: Describe your product. Remember: the web name is the link to your product.
Example: your company username is bookstore, your product is: notebook, then your link will be: https://www.affiliatesbox.com/bookstore/notebook
Write a short description of the product, only for your needs in the system- to distinguish it easy. The main description of your product, which will be visible for the clients, will be made in Step 3.
Language: When you create a product, you should carefully consider which country will be your target market and choose the appropriate language. In this way your future clients will see the product’s web page in their native language.
Terms and conditions: this field you may write specific conditions for this product/service.
Pricing details: Specify the product’s price, price type, and also the commission for your affiliates. First choose the product’s currency.
STEP2: Step 2 –create your own customized registration form. If your clients want to buy the product- they will have to fill it. You can decide which fields are compulsory. Now the form contains a couple of fields – which are obligatory and they cannot be deleted. There is an option to add more fields and to specify their kind- text, dropdown – you will have to specify what the rows of the menu will be.
STEP3: This is your web page design wizard, where you will be able to create a unique web page of each product and your company. Firstly, you will have to choose, whether the product’s price will be displayed on the web page or not. Secondly you have to write a short description of the product. Here you add also pictures for this product. There are no requirements about the picture size. We will re-size the picture in case it is too big.
Your profile:
Personal information – company’s name, e-mail address, address, phone and country.
Your company’s details: The information will be visible on the main page of your company. Write also your company’s contact information – country, city, address, phone number. This information will be visible on your main page for your clients and affiliates. So give them a correct data to contact you.
Company logo: upload your company’s logo. Our system handles JPG, GIF or PNG. It will be automatically re-sized, if the size is not appropriate.
Payments and money.
E-mails: Create custom e-mail messages for your affiliates and clients, or use our templates.
Template messages:
1. E-mail for newly registered client: the e-mail, which your clients will receive when they complete their registration for some of your products.
2. E-mail for newly registered partner: a message will be sent each time a new affiliate register to your company.
3. New message for a client: this e-mail will inform your client in case, he receives a new message.
4. New message for an affiliate: E-mail, that will be sent, when your affiliate receive a new message.
